What you can expect from the job

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for both administrative and marketing tasks within our company. You will support the team with daily office tasks and play an important role in our B2B marketing activities.

Commercial:
  • Providing support in sales activities, including developing, sending, and following up on quotes.
  • Customer-oriented and communicative behavior.
  • A hands-on mentality, where you switch quickly and work problem-solving.
Marketing:
  • Setting up and executing B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and optimizing our website. Knowledge of Google Analytics is a ‘nice-to-have’.
  • Writing and sending newsletters.
  • Contributing to and designing promotional materials.
  • Actively managing and optimizing our social media channels.
  • Organizing events and ensuring a flawless execution.
  • Creatively thinking about marketing strategies and increasing our visibility.
Administrative:
  • Manage our CRM system (knowledge of AFAS software is a plus).
  • Calendar management and organizing appointments.
  • Documentation of meetings and following up on action points.
