AI Lead
Strengthen our agile/scrum team and take the lead in our AI initiatives.
At Crius Group, we develop innovative software solutions for digital content creation and publishing. With our renewed Core application, we are strongly focusing on AI: from structuring unstructured content to generating metadata, translations, and audio automatically.
We are looking for a professional who can help define and implement our AI roadmap. You will guide us on the right direction — rather than the other way around.
What you can expect from this position
- You will develop solutions for the creation, management, and publication of digital content together with the team, taking the lead in integrating AI components.
- You will experiment with new technologies, assess feasibility, and translate proofs-of-concept into concrete solutions.
- You will, eventually or immediately, take on the role of AI architect: defining technology choices, establishing MLOps practices, and advising on the use of open-source models, cloud services, or custom AI.
- You will work closely with colleagues while also being able to provide direction and make independent decisions.

- AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, …
- Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI
- MLOps, model deployment, and data pipelines
- Python
These additional skills are a plus:
- Java, Spring (Data, Boot, Web, …)
- REST, Serverless, NoSQL/MongoDB, AWS
- Content/document management systems and XML technologies (XSD, XSLT, DITA)
- Angular, TypeScript, Node.js
- Pub/Sub, event-driven architectures, OAuth
- Docker, Jenkins
