Crius goes healthy
Maybe you have noticed it already on one of our social media channels. Under the hashtag "#criusgoeshealthy" we regularly post messages about how Crius Group wants to create a healthy working environment for its employees. And we would like to tell you more about this here!
A healthy mind in a healthy body
It is often said so, but that does not make it any less true. Our employees are the most important capital of our organization. It is therefore only logical that we invest in their physical and mental health. Moreover, it only offers benefits: less disability, optimum productivity, but especially employees who enjoy coming to work every day!
Bicycle leasing
All employees have recently been offered the option to lease a bicycle. Already 18 employees have done this. From a normal bike to an electric bike or speed bike, it's all possible! This is not only good for the condition, but also for the environment. Our colleagues have already driven 🚲 16,499.35 km 🚲 since April. With fun promotions such as "Bike To Work", we try to motivate our employees to come to Hulshout by bicycle as much as possible.
Water, fruit and fitnessBut that is not all! Every week our employees are served fresh fruit and to encourage them to drink more water, everyone got their own personalized bottle in a nice color! Above that, have you read we also have a fitness room in our renovated office building? We keep short training sessions here during the afternoon for those who are interested. We also pay attention to back complaints, because unfortunately they occur too often when you sit behind a desk all day. |
Crius Group Running Team
Recently we also started our own "Crius Group Running Team" 👟. Not just for the experienced runner, everyone can join. They go running every Monday and the intention is to occasionally participate in a running competition. For example, they recently participated in 'Heist Loopt'. We had a half marathon runner and 3 teams in 5 and 10 km, and they did a great job, which was not easy at 33 °C!
Plenty of initiatives here at Crius Group and the all contribute to a nice, close atmosphere!
