1. Structure & upload

Each formatting project begins by structuring your Word file to match your house style. With the handy macros and templates we provide, it’s easy and seamless. Once the structuring is complete, you can upload the file to Core. Need extra help? We’re happy to assist!

2. Automatic proof

Next, choose a graphic template. The rest of the process is largely automated. Core generates an initial proof within minutes.

3. Corrections & layout proof

Easily make text corrections in the layout file with InCopy (WYSIWYG). A member of the Core team will manually check the layout. You can repeat this process as often as necessary.

4. Final pdf

Once you are satisfied with the result, you will receive the print-ready file. The Core team can deliver multiple PDF versions, including HR and POD files.

5. EPub

Books created with Core can be easily converted to an (accessible) ePub.

6. Archiving

Is your project complete? Archive it in Core's secure cloud environment so your teams can access all completed projects at any time and from any location.
